1. Core principles
Use the Service to learn, teach, and explore ideas in good faith. Don't use it to harm people, deceive users, or break the law.
2. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Service to create, distribute, or facilitate:
- Illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, terrorism, or instructions for violence.
- Targeted harassment, hate speech, or content that incites violence against a protected group.
- Malware, phishing kits, exploits, or instructions for attacking computer systems.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, trade secrets, or privacy rights.
- Misinformation campaigns, election manipulation, or deepfakes intended to deceive.
- Adult sexual content involving minors or non-consenting parties.
- High-risk professional advice (medical, legal, financial) presented as authoritative without human review.
3. Academic integrity
Hexa 2I is a learning aid. Submitting AI-generated work as your own may violate your institution's policies. You are responsible for following your school's or employer's rules on AI assistance.
4. Platform misuse
- Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, credit accounting, or access controls.
- Don't scrape, mirror, or resell the Service or its outputs at scale without written permission.
- Don't probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except via our responsible-disclosure process at [email protected].
- Don't impersonate Hexa 2I, other users, or any person or organization.
5. Automation & API access
Automated use of the Service is allowed only via interfaces we explicitly designate for that purpose, and within the documented quotas. Automated traffic that degrades the Service may be throttled or blocked.
6. Enforcement
If we believe you've violated this AUP we may, depending on severity:
- Issue a warning and ask you to stop.
- Remove offending content.
- Suspend or terminate your account without refund for the disputed period.
- Report the conduct to law-enforcement authorities where required.
