I paid by bank transfer — when do I get my credits?

Credits are released as soon as the payment lands in our account, usually within 1–2 business days for SEPA and same day for instant transfers.

Can I get an invoice for my company?

Yes. Reply to your order confirmation email with your billing details and we'll send a VAT-compliant invoice within one business day.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the dashboard, go to settings, and choose Delete account. Your data is purged within 30 days. You can also email support to do it for you.
