Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters. You must provide accurate information and update it when it changes.

The Service is paid by credits. One credit equals €0.10 (converted at the displayed rate for USD, GBP, or PLN). Minimum purchase is 50 credits. Larger bundles and longer billing periods unlock discounts and bonus credits.

• Orders placed by bank transfer become active once the transfer is confirmed (usually within one business day).
• Promo codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and cannot be combined.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

You agree to use the Service in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially in academic, medical, legal, or financial contexts.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the prompts you submit and the outputs you generate, except for portions originating from third-party models or content.

The Hexa 2I name, logo, software, designs, and content are owned by Hexa 2I or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or risk to the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexa 2I is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Hexa 2I in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland, unless mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
