Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when buying credits. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Refund eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

  • You have not consumed more than 10% of the purchased credits, and
  • Your account is in good standing (no Terms or Acceptable Use violations).

Once more than 10% of credits are consumed, the purchase is considered used and is non-refundable.

2. Non-refundable items

  • Bonus credits granted for free as part of a promotion.
  • Credits paid for with a promo code or discount, beyond the amount actually charged.
  • Custom enterprise plans, unless agreed in a separate contract.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with:

  • Your order ID (visible in the dashboard).
  • The reason for the refund.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Bank-transfer refunds may require additional verification of the receiving account.

5. EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By purchasing credits and beginning to use them, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once credits are consumed beyond the 10% threshold described above.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with our billing team may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
